How can the global community of business schools collaborate to cultivate ethical leadership among our students? We propose a starting point.

AACSB’s recently updated standards urge business schools to make a meaningful impact on society through positive societal contributions. Despite the healthy competition among these schools, they all share this common goal. Indeed, we all stand to gain from research that drives positive change and high-quality teaching that equips the next generation of leaders with integrity.

As business educators, we are increasingly aware of how our collective efforts benefit society, and we recognize that when one succeeds, we all do. It is crucial to seize every opportunity to exchange best practices with one another, aiming to empower our students to make constructive contributions to their communities.

The three of us are writing now in the same spirit of collaboration, understanding that each of our schools can uniquely contribute to our shared mission.
